Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using T&T Executive Transportation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

T&T Executive Transportation provides premium chauffeur and transportation services including:

• •Airport transfers and pickups
• •Corporate transportation
• •Special event transportation
• •Intercity travel services
• •Luxury vehicle rentals with professional chauffeurs

Booking and Payment

• •All bookings must be confirmed in advance
• •Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed
• •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
• •Late cancellations may incur charges
• •No-shows will be charged the full service fee

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• •Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• •Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• •Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
• •Not engage in illegal activities during transportation
• •Pay all fees and charges as agreed

Limitation of Liability

T&T Executive Transportation's liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or acts of God.
